I figured I would provide an idea of pricing for those of you interested in hiring me out as an artist.

Although a majority of my art is heavily influenced by darker subject matter, please do not let this discourage you from
utilizing my services.  I'm more than capable of drawing in pretty much any style I need to.  So if you need something
more light hearted, cartoony, stylized, what have you...just lemme know and I'll see what I can do for you.

                                                                                                               Traditional:

Pencil Sketch: Maybe you had an idea for an OC of yours and you just need a quick sketch to nail down that image in
your head.  Or perhaps you had something more elaborate in mind, either way Pencil Sketches make up a bulk of my
work and I'd be more than happy to do one for you.

-Basic $30-$40:A fairly detailed sketch.
Photobucket

-Detailed $45-$60:  A tighter rendering job is used and the picture is detailed.
Photobucket

-Extremely Detailed $70-$100+:  The entire page is generally filled with large amounts of detail.  If I feel the amount of
time needed to reach the level of detailing exceeds the norm then I will bring it to your attention before we get started
with the project, these types of projects may fall in the $50+ category just to cover the extra time.
Photobucket

Pen & Ink: I think out of the 3 art sections that Pen & Ink would be my strongest.  Ever since Michael Turner came out
with the Witchblade and Fathom I have been  deeply into ultra detailed inks, they just look so nice on a page.

-Basic $65-$90:  I'll go over a pencil sketch with my trusty microns and make the image look nice n' sharp.
Photobucket

-Detailed $100-$200:  These pictures generally have a lot of cross hatching, stippling, fine .005 work in them.
Photobucket

-Extremely Detailed $250-$400+:  These pictures take numerous hours and fill most of a page.  These are generally
the ones I don't want to give up, but I know they'll have good homes.  Once again the "+" is for those images that will
require several more hours than the norm.
Photobucket

*All hand drawn art will be in black and white format unless otherwise specified or requested.  An extra charge of $30
will be applied to the existing price of any piece for the addition of color.  The color rendering is done via Adobe Photoshop
and will be emailed to the buyer.

                                                                                                             Digital:

Computer Generated:  In college my new found love for digital art was born, filling my previously b&w art with some much
needed color.  Learning Photoshop has aided me heavily in my concept art for the Half Life 2 mod "No More Room in Hell"
as well texturing for 3d art resources.

-Basic $65-$90: Logos, smaller images or even simple ideas fall in this range. These images are produced very quickly so
you can get them when you need them.
(each portrait on this example would be a separate basic commission)
Photobucket

-Detailed $110-$220: These images often have detailed line work done in Photoshop on top of finely shaded layers laced
with wide ranging colors.
Photobucket

-Extremely Detailed $300-$400+: This is me zoomed in by who knows how much painting 1 pixel wide tears on a kid stung
by a bee in the far background of the suburban landscape in the image you requested sir ;)
Photobucket

Black and White ONLY art will be mailed in it's original hand-drawn format to an address that the buyer provides.

If you opt to purchase color rendered art: you will receive the original hand-drawn black and white image via mail, as well
as the colorized version sent in file format.

If you had an idea for something that doesn't exactly fall into these categories you can still drop me a note and we can
work something out.  Maybe you want your face all lovecraftianed out like mine up above (which falls into the detailed digital
range good sirs and ma'ams) or perhaps you just have to have that Lament configuration palm of your hand tattoo with the
chains running up your forearms and ending in hooks sunk into your flesh (which falls into the detailed pen and ink range for
those of you in the back).

You can pay through paypal, and just so we don't end up wasting one anothers time I would like to say that half of the
commission cost will need to be paid up front to cover my time in providing you with sketches and should we part ways
half way in I get to keep said half for my troubles.  I also have no problems tweaking stuff to your liking as long as it isn't
overboard.  Some tweaks may not be too do able with the pen and ink stuff but I'm sure you understand why.  Other than
that I appreciate you considering me and taking the time to stop by.

I run a magazine called Surreal Grotesque. I am looking for someone to draw a 5-7 page monthly horror comic backup feature for the mag every month. How much would you charge? I love your art style and think it would fit the story I want to write. dangrn77@hotmail.com. The mag is here: www.surrealgrotesque.com
