Shiva's cosmic dance to destroy the universe, paving the way for the creation of a new universe. This is the entropic form of Shiva as he breaks apart everything, including himself. I tried to show the effects of entropy through various elements like Shiva's waste rotting away, the missing 4th limb and the creatures on the right side dwindling into nothing more than a series of eyes slowly rolling upwards into nothingness.

The thing I like the most about the metaphor of it all is that it represents the destruction of old and tired ideas and traditions to make way for the new. Which I think is applicable to our current struggle to hold onto what we know and are comfortable with on both an individual and national basis in regards to our future as a singular united species on this planet. We're in the death throws of a dying tribal ideal. Good riddance.
