i did the pencils and inks for this from start to finish while watching the silent hill movie with my lady several months ago and i really intended on coloring but as of yet i don't see that happening so here's what i got so far.

thanks man it means a lot to me coming from you ;)

this is just one of those pics i always wanted to finish or touch up since it was done so quickly but knowing me i probably won't get around to it, i'm always so focused on the next project and the next project.

yeah it's tough to go backwards on things...if it's a great idea, you'll hit it one way or another in the future.

I've found that my brain will pull things up....it might not be the exact thing but you'll refine the idea and then draw it better.

Well, be it colored or black and white, this picture will seem finished either way, I think.

Brilliant work, very evocative and atmospheric. Love the figure on the stairs, there's so much atmosphere here, I don't think it needs colour!

i seriously tried coloring 3 different times and was never pleased (seems to be an ongoing trend T.T)

There's a long tradition of black and white art, and it's very good for atmosphere. I think this works perfectly as it is, really oppresive, dark.
